the staff provided service with a smile, showing genuine care. the poolside was very relaxing! i found the beach was pristine and lovely. cleaners like keshva in the rooms were very helpful.
The bar prices were too expensive. Really. the hotel taxi was expensive too. the hotel taxi is twice the price of a metered taxi.

small roomfaulty toilet
the room was much too small! the toilet kept malfunctioning, and each time i called, it would break again soon after it was fixed. i felt the value did not match the price. it was definitely NOT worth what I paid. overall, it was disappointing.
